Kenneth R. Brown, CPA, MSBA

Kenneth Brown is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California.  He has over 38 years of accounting experience which includes the past 27 years practicing as a forensic accountant.  His forensic accounting services include determining economic damages, property losses, liability claims and litigation support.  He has testified as an expert witness in deposition and at trial.  Since 1999, he has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of La Verne in its Accounting Department and teaching such courses as forensic accounting, auditing, intermediate and advanced accounting to both undergraduate and graduate students.  Mr. Brown has also given various presentations to attorneys and insurance professionals alike.  He is known for his uncanny ability to discuss accounting issues/principles to non-accounting professionals in "plain understandable English."




Frank T. Zeigon

Mr. Zeigon has worked in various claim capacities for major national insurance carriers since 1966. He retired in 1998 and became a Claims Consultant providing - Mediation, Litigation, Claim Consulting & Adjusting Services. He is an expert in claim handling custom and practice, claim adjusting, coverage interpretation, and SIU practices. This includes complex claim handling issues; claim community standards; serving as an expert witness, appraiser, umpire, mediator and other claim handling and adjusting services.  In 2008 I returned to work for an Insurance Carrier as a commercial property claims manager for 13 western states and retired again in October of 2013.  He then revised his consulting business.  He has worked as branch level adjuster, supervisor, unit manager, home office examiner, regional and zone level supervisor during his 50 plus years working in the Insurance Industry.


Larry M. Arnold, P.C.

Mr. Arnold joined Cummins & White, LLP in 1974 and became a partner in 1978. Mr. Arnold practices in the areas of 

insurance, real estate, and business law, with emphasis on insurance coverage, civil litigation, real estate and business transactions. Mr. Arnold represents insurance
companies and their insureds in first and third party coverage disputes, including

concurrence cause, force placed, environmental, fraud, errors and omissions, and duty to defend issues. He handles all aspects of litigation arising out of insurance and bad faith issues and in such areas as professional liability, property damage and subrogation. Mr. Arnold also assists insurer clients with drafting coverage forms and specialty policies for submission to regulators. Mr. Arnold has an extensive background in providing legal advice on claims catastrophes such as earthquakes and hurricanes. In addition, he has substantial experience in many types of real estate and business transactions and litigation, including formation, purchases and sales, financing, and leasing. From 1985 to 1987 and from 1999 to 2001, Mr. Arnold Served as Cummins & White's managing partner. 


Mr. Arnold was appointed by California Governor George Deukmejian to the Board of Directors of the 32nd District Agricultural Association (Orange County Fair) in 1983, and served as its president in 1987 and 1992. He chairs the Orange County 40H Support Committee. He also was a founding director of the Newport National Little League.

Jenna Dixon is a 2011 graduate of California State University-Fullerton, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications - Advertising. Currently she serves as the Marketing and Client Relations Representative at Cummins & White, LLP. She has experience with the implementation of marketing strategy and the creation and execution of business development plans. She also has experience with planning client related events as well as driving brand recognition through creation and design of promotional material. Ms. Dixon has the ability to manage the development and expansion of brands through digital marketing and social media marketing as well as analytical insight and evaluation.
