Speaker(s)

Tammy B Saltzman, Esquire

TBS LAW PA was founded by Attorney, Tammy Saltzman, based on a passion to help clients start new beginnings. The firm is committed to helping clients go through major transitions as effortlessly as possible. Whether they are helping someone prepare for marriage, end a marriage or buy/sell property, it represents a new beginning.

Family law matters are handled with great empathy and compassion. Saltzman and her team have experienced firsthand many aspects of divorce so they understand the emotional roller coaster, anger and fear the clients feel at this point in their life. We often see good people at their worst and a hug can go a long way. Our priority is to try and settle each case as quickly and amicably as possible. When necessary we are prepared to litigate and advocate your case before the Court. We always recommend meditation, collaboration and negotiation whenever possible. Litigation should always be a last resort.

In real estate matters we succed at seamless closings by focusing on customer service. Title work is only a small part of what makes a closing go smoothly. Buyers and sellers want a point of contact to get their questions answered. The realtors want to make sure that anything that can go wrong is resolved quickly to meet all contract requirements. Saltzman and her staff are available 24/7 often responding nights and weekends to make sure any contract or title issues are handled as quickly as possible.
