The Psychology of an Attorney-Understanding their Mind and how to market to Attorneys

In this presentation, Caryn will provide an insider’s look into the world of marketing. Attendees will learn ways to analyze their current marketing plan and make it unique for their needs. Valuable tips will be provided on networking, social media and more. 

The personality profiles of attorneys will also be examined so that attendees can understand their target customer in a way that benefits all parties.


A graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in Psychology, Caryn Rinaldini lived in Italy for 14 years and became fluent in the language and culture.   Based in Italy, Caryn worked for many years in the fashion industry as a liaison for companies in Italy, Canada and China with those in the United States.   After many successful years in fashion, she channeled her talents to the legal profession in Southern California, becoming Director of Client Relations for the worker’s compensation defense firm, Parker & Irwin.   Caryn has developed focused strategies resulting in new client acquisition, existing client retention, and brand expansion.   Caryn’s educational and professional background has allowed her to develop an in-depth understanding of human’s motivations and desires, particularly those of attorneys.

Caryn is also the Marketing and Event Consultant for the Orange County Chapter of Risk Insurance Management Society and is the President of her Toastmasters Club.
