Communications in the Legal Environment

In this presentation, attendees will learn how to communicate effectively with counsel, and how to avoid embarrassing
and potentially fatal mistakes in doing so. The webinar will explore the standards of discovery in various jurisdictions, both federal and state, as well as checks which the expert can make to avoid compromising or successful challenges to
his or her expert testimony.
