This panel will discuss how attorneys can make the most effective use of experts.  The program's focus is to provide practical tips for both attorneys and expert witnesses.

We also want to encourage litigators and forensic experts to understand and effectively use the California Supreme Court's "Gatekeeper" under Sargon Enterprises, Inc. v. University of Southern California ("USC"), 55 Cal. 4th 747 (2012).

The panel, which combines the knowledge of an experienced litigator and five forensic experts, will guide attorneys on how to prepare their cases and at the same time lethally challenge the opposing expert.  Our ultimate goal is to raise the bar.

Moderator: Martin Triano, Esq., Trail Attorney & Private Neutral at Triano & Byrne, San Francisco, CA
