Dr. Daniel Wolfe of  DecisionQuest provides research-based and experiential data analysis to trial teams nationwide and oversees the standards in practice of the jury consulting team nationally. Dr. Wolfe works on high profile and large-exposure litigation involving such matters as antitrust, product liability, intellectual property and more.

 

 

James D. Wilson is a partner in the firm's litigation department of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, LLP. Mr. Wilson has a special emphasis in his litigation practice on complex securities, derivative and professional negligence cases. Mr. Wilson has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts as well as in administrative proceedings.
 

Honorable Susan Zwick (Ret.) joins JAMS after over 20 years of service on the Cook County bench where she presided over a wide range of matters, including complex commercial litigation and domestic relations matters. Judge Zwick’s long career as an advocate and judge in the Cook County courts makes her a uniquely qualified ADR neutral.

 

 

Dan Rahill is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal. He advises public, private and middle-market companies on tax advisory matters, as well as structuring and compliance, tax outsourcing, tax provision and accounting issues. Mr. Rahill brings more than 30 years of experience across sectors.

 

 

 

 

Stuart Widman’s primary practice is in commercial dispute resolution at Miller Shakman. For 34 years he has handled complex litigation in a wide array of commercial areas such as partnerships, corporate and securities, sales and commercial code, employment, healthcare, franchises, insurance, real estate and construction, trade secrets, environmental, and antitrust, including class actions.

 

 

Irene Fiorentinos has extensive experience with complex commercial litigation. She has litigated as much in state as in federal courts, including several jury trials, and is a qualified member of the Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar. She also has significant state and federal appellate experience.

 

 

 

 

Mitchell Morinec concentrates his practice in commercial and products liability litigation with a focus on medical products. He has experience handling litigation matters in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana state courts and in federal courts across the country for a wide array of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local small businesses.

 

 

 

Daniel Formeller is Senior Chairman of Tressler, LLP. As a trial lawyer based in the firm’s Chicago office, Dan focuses his practice on business litigation and the resolution of business disputes through mediation and arbitration. Dan handles a wide variety of complex business litigation and counseling, including intellectual property, state and federal securities actions, and more.
