The Expert and the Subpoena Duces Tecum

When an attorney wants an expert to appear and testify at a deposition, or in court, the attorney sends the expert a subpoena.  At the September NorCal meeting you will learn what to do when you receive a subpoena, what to do if you don’t receive a subpoena, and what to do if you receive a subpoena for a case that you are not even retained on!  Attorney Martin Triano has coached experts as to what to do in each of these instances, and saved experts costly travel and billable time by reducing the time spent sorting out what to do about a subpoena.  Join us in September and increase your value as an expert by mastering what to do and more importantly, what not to do when you receive your next subpoena.
