Kacy Miller, CEO and founder of CourtroomLogic Consulting, is a highly regarded jury and litigation consultant. She has collaborated with law firms, lawyers and companies operating in a variety of industries for more than eighteen years, and has worked in the field of social sciences for more than two decades. Ms. Miller has debriefed countless jurors and has provided high-level pretrial and trial consulting services in high-stakes cases involving Fortune 100 and 500 companies, mid-size organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. Ms. Miller began her career in litigation consulting working with Dr. Phillip C. McGraw (“Dr. Phil”) in Dallas, Texas. She then moved to the law firm of Strasburger & Price, where a new consulting position was created for Kacy so she would be available to provide her expertise to the firm’s clients on an ongoing basis. From there, Ms. Miller launched CourtroomLogic Consulting in 2005 and has been going strong ever since. What Makes Her Unique Ms. Miller is known for her dedication and drive to achieve the best results possible. She does not shy away from complex issues, tight deadlines, or tough decisions: in fact, she thrives on a challenge. Ms. Miller is confident when weighing in on critical issues and stays focused on keeping the trial team moving toward the desired end result: success. She merges easily with trial teams and forges lasting relationships with clients and witnesses. Consequently, Ms. Miller often is in a position to offer not only professional guidance on pretrial proceedings, trial strategy and juror perception, but also has been known to provide a word of encouragement or last minute tip that made a difference. Clients describe her as nonpareil: her work ethic and work product are superior and the value she adds throughout the life of a case is exceptional.

Among her many achievements, Ms. Miller is a published author, frequent speaker and blogger on issues related to juries, trial advocacy and communication. She has published articles on subjects including the group dynamics of jury deliberations, preparing witnesses, and protecting confidentiality in jury research. Ms. Miller has been a faculty member on multiple trial skill seminars, and has donated a number of hours to attorney education. Ms. Miller has appeared on local and national news to discuss jury-related matters, including appearances related to the Dallas City Hall corruption trial and the Jerry Sandusky trial in Pennsylvania. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Baylor University, Ms. Miller obtained a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston. She is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants, the American Psychology-Law Society, and the American Bar Association.
