Case Management and Case Presentation Tools:

Can You Say "Multi-Media"?

In a world driven by media, computers, cell phones and tablets, experts need to be able to present to diverse groups in an effective yet familiar way. The average American watches between 4 and 5 hours of television a day. It is important for experts as well as attorneys to connect with our digitally oriented jury members.

In this presentation, attendees will learn about some of the ways they can more effectively present their materials to Judges and Juries utilizing technology.

Devin Cegelis, Litigation Technology Consultant & Trainer, has been assisting law firms, government entities and service bureaus with their litigation technology needs since 2010.  Devin’s experience training attorneys and litigation support staff on courtroom presentation software, and his contributions to the development of a new trial software application, has provided him with the expertise to operate efficiently and effectively in the hot seat.  As a Certified Concordance Administrator, Devin often assists with building, modifying and converting databases for clients. Holding a bachelor’s in Business and Mass Communications from Arizona State University, Devin possesses many skills required of a trial presentation specialist, including performing under pressure and the ability to convey technical concepts to “non-techies”.  Devin is a current standing member of the American Society of Trial Consultant.
