Laura Kam is an attorney with the Phoenix office of DLA Piper LLP, the largest law firm in the world. Laura’s practice focuses on complex commercial and antitrust litigation. Laura regularly hires and works with expert witnesses and has particular expertise in handling business disputes and whistleblower claims in the higher education, aviation, and hospitality industries. Laura is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. Government) and The George Washington University Law School, where she served as the Executive Managing Editor of The George Washington International Law Review. Laura is the immediate past Chair of the State Bar of Arizona, Antitrust Section and currently serves on its Executive Board.

 

Rory K. O’Farrell is a global insurance/risk management specialist and expert witness having over 35 years of experience as a retail insurance broker, construction insurance broker, reinsurance broker, insurance consultant and insurance expert witness, not only in the USA, but globally including work in London and South Africa. He provides testimony as an expert on many insurance issues. He works with clients on identifying risks, risk management concepts, funding techniques and has structured innovative solutions/alternatives. His expertise in consolidating insurance programs for parent and subsidiary companies results in improved coverage and significant cost savings.
