Risk Management for Experts: How to avoid becoming a defendant!
Mr. Fiorica will provide a detailed explanation of the Lambert v. Carneghi ruling by exploring the facts of the case and why the court found that the appraiser in the case had immunity but the expert did not. He will also discuss your professional risks as an expert and give very specific recommendations for how to mitigate those risks.

Toni has selected juries in over 150 cases, including high-profile cases that have appeared on Court TV, Dateline, 20/20, and other international media. She has conducted extensive research background in jury decision-making and cognitive psychology in the courtroom.
