Communicate with Jurors

jurors) and how best to communicate with them in a way they understand and
retain. She will discuss how jurors learn and retain information, how jurors
problem-solve disputes, some of the most common biases that impact juror
decision making, the behaviors and demeanors that make listening difficult,
and some of the cultural shifts that have impacted the way jurors think. |
